Hey so this is a overall great plugin. Before I wrote in I made sure to research as far as I could to find a resolution to these issues. I am the owner of my server with all perms and the whole 9 yards. It is a spigot only server. I don’t have paper or bukkit or anything of that sort. I cant catch any disease. I have the earth map and I have been sitting in Iceland for 4 hrs and havent caught any diseases. I have lowered the chances to make it more likely to catch a disease. Now if I do the command it does work. That and the doctor sign will not work for some reason. I have right clicked it several times I did [doctor] on the second line of my sign
hey there – sounds like youre OP. you then have then disease immune permission so eith run as normal user or negate the disease.immune perm
good to check if you have the world as well in the disease config
