Trails and Tails 1.20 is now out, and I have a little more time to program so have released a version of Thirst and Disease for both 1.19 and 1.20 – available here for a donation but also free of charge on Spigot and Bukkit so head over there if you want them free.
Disease has been fixed for 4.0 and above after a slight error on a remedy recipe so that should work ok now.
Thirst bottle stacking has been a pain in my side since 1.17 so without a lot of work im not sure ill be able to get this back in again. at the moemnt I would recommend grabbing a stacking plugin to compensate for this issue
