Products: Smoking Pipes

When using either a wood or gold smoking pipe it uses two tobacco at a time and if I have no tobacco it sends the message twice. This is on a server running the newest version of spigot for 1.17.

Suggestion to update plugin to 1.15.2 smoking fuel smelting doesnt work in that version
